Form not submitting

I have a form that requires a response from each question asked. However when i click on submit it doesn't seem to be loading. It will show "please wait" where "submit" used to read on the submit button. Do you know why this is happening? 

Once or twice before it has shown a page that has stated that the form still has fields that haven't been completed but i have checked the whole form numerous times and i can't find the error.

Please note that the email field will be self populated from email parameters.

I cloned your form and made some tests there. After submitting the form, the form was stuck on please wait for a short time, but then I got the error below.

There seems to be a lot of fields in the form. Please allow me some time to check for any errors in all the fields and I will let you know on this thread once I have a possible workaround.

After further investigation, it appears that the issue is caused by the Form Tabs widget being set to "required". Since no value is being entered in the form tabs widget, the form only shows the error of "Incomplete Values".

To resolve the issue, I would suggest to turn off the required setting of the Form Tabs widget.
