I am just wondering if anything in this regard may have changed, can this not be included in part of pricing and be offered with certain limitations under various subscription plans you guys currently offer. I think pricing has changed since I last used jotform a couple years back and you guys do not even offer the enterprise version of it...

I have a need for this particular feature where by i need to send zipped attachments and just found out that jotform does not do this... which really sucks, i would even pay for it, and my file size limit would be 10mb... bandwidth is something u can charge for....

    Hello,

You're right that we are not offering it to all the paid plans. As far as I know, we also do not have plans to offer this feature because we are sending millions of emails every day. Allowing the users to do this would probably slow down the email system.

We suggest using the download URLs included on email when someone upload files to your form. It would only take a single click to download the uploaded files.

    Thank you!

Just to give you an update that we have just released a feature that would allow you to get the file uploads in the form as an email attachment. Please check this blog post for more details: https://www.jotform.com/blog/uploaded-files-as-email-attachments/
