Javascript forms disappeared from site.

All of my Javascript forms suddenly disappeared from my website. They are still in my JotForm account, but all of my embedded forms disappeared from my website, without any changes to my website that would seemingly affect a half dozen pages.

I am using the latest version of Joomla. I have replicated this problem in four browsers (Chrome, Opera, Edge, Firefox). Note that the Javascript is saving within my Joomla articles (text filtering is disabled in Global Configuration and scripts are enabled in JCE).

When I tried an iFrame, I received the message "Form not found. This form is disabled." It is not disabled.

Source code worked, but its formatting is a bit off, so I would like to use the default script to embed them.

Why would all of my forms suddenly disappear like this?

Apologies for the inconvenience. I checked your site and it appears that the form can be seen on your page.
