I am no longer receiving confirmation of submissions. they are registering on Jot Form but I am not receiveing the email confirmation. Why is this?

I noticed that on the eMail Notification settings the sender name is not set can you please change it to JotForm, this option is displayed at the bottom of the dropdown text.
Also please check your Spam and Bulk folders it may have been filtered out by the anti spam software.
