Shortest hypertext link as possible

I'd like to know if it is possible to create the shortest www link for a form.

We d like to send an invitation by sms so do a link like the one in twitter or facebook R possible?

I wish to reduce this form link

Hi,

I see that you are using the custom URL for you form. Unfortunately, the custom URL will always contain your username and we currently don't have a feature that will shorten URLs. The workarounds I can suggest are:

1. shorten your username.

2. use the API for Google's URL shortening service (https://developers.google.com/url-shortener/v1/getting_started#shorten)

3. Use https://bitly.com/
