    Submit button not showing in some browsers?

    Asked by showboat on March 13, 2012 at 09:40 AM

    I am receiving complaints that certain browsers cannot view the form in its entirety - the submit button is cut off.  I am using iWeb.  After reading a forum post, I switched from the iWeb embed option to the iFrame option.  It seemed to work for some, however, I am receving new complaints again.

    I am using a Mac - when I view the forms from my Mac with Safari, Chrome, and Firefox they look fine. However, when I view them from my PC using Firefox the submit button is cut off.

    Please advise.

    Thank you,

    Lacy Miller

    Please try increasing the height of the HTML widget that holds your form's codes. Since you are using iFrame you can also get the increase the forms height within the iFrame embed code:

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.com/form/20430014223" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:4024px; border:none;" scrolling="no">

    This is the downside of using an iFrame code every time you change your form, you must update the form code on your site. Since the height of the form needs to be hard-coded, the form size will change and the iframe height will need to be updated.

    Hope this information helps.
