How do I add new field on my form right to another field?Asked by turboChyll on May 17, 2016 at 07:36 AM
On my Service Call Form I would like to check the box for Purchase Order and then have a field to right of the words Purchase Order where I can enter PO number. Can that be done?
I understand that you want to add a new textbox field right to Purchase order checkbox to enter PO number. You may shrink the checkbox field so that you can insert another field to the right. You may refer to the guide Field-Positioning to align fields on the form.
Please see the screencast below that can help you with adding the field right to Purchase order checkbox and add conditions.
Here is the cloned version of your JotForm with the above changes.
Hope this information helps!
