How can I move submissions from and old form to a new form?

I have created my own account and would like to move a form and its submissions to my new account.

I've cloned the form and added it to my new account, but I would like to APPEND the submissions from the old form to the new.

To my understanding you would like to move your submissions from one form to another one which you cloned into a new account from the original form.

The best way for us to do this for you would just be for us to transfer the entire form so that you get the original form with its associated form submission data.

The only other way would be to export the submissions as excel or csv file then use our submissions import data app to pull them back into your new form.

Thanks, I'm trying the Import Data App, but getting errors.  I submitted a help request and am waiting for reply.

If you need help with the entire form transfer we can do it really quickly for you.

I have some new submissions on the cloned (new) form. Can I add them to the old form (easily) if you transfer it to my new account, or will I have to manually add them?

Even if we move the form to your new account the submissions would be retained on that particular form.

The only way to do this would be as I suggested with the Import App that basically allows you to export and reimport it manually.
