    Infusionsoft Integration: Not all tags are being list down in the integration wizard

    Hi,

    I am using the Inufusionsoft integration for a form and I am having a couple issues.

    1.  Not all of the tags are currently being displayed.  I added a tag recently that is not in the list of tags.  Will this list refresh or is there something I can do to make it available?

    2. I have a checkbox on the form and if it is selected I would like an additional tag applied.  Is this currently possible?

    Here are the answers your questions.

    If you added a new tag in your Infusionsoft account, then you'll need to edit the integration in JotForm for the new tag to be displayed or reloaded.

     

    2. I have a checkbox on the form and if it is selected I would like an additional tag applied.  Is this currently possible?

    No, it is not possible to apply additional tag based on the check box option selected. The tags and actions are hard coded or are specifically selected in the integration, conditional logic won't be able to change it dynamically.

    Hi,

    Still having an issue with the tag showing up - tried editing the integration as well as logging out and in of Jotform and Infusionsoft.  The Tag # is 3326, but the tags showing only go up to 2303.  Anything else I should try?

    I assume this was your form https://www.jotform.com/61373445440149 that have the issue.

    I checked the form and there were only 3 fields on it. So the number of tag available should not be the issue.

    It is possible also that you just have not publish your new created tag in your Infusionsoft account. Please refer also to the user guide form Infusionsoft tags here :

    http://help.infusionsoft.com/userguides/contact-management/search-and-tag-contacts/create-edit-or-delete-a-tag

    Also, refresh the integration in the Form Builder by

    #1 Removing the current infusionsoft integration

    #2 Save the form

    #3 Re-integrate again to Infusionsoft.

    The tags should appear in the matching fields screen during the integration setup.

    Thanks for getting back to me!  Unfortunately, this did not work and I still cannot see all of the tags. Here is a screencast of my Infusionsoft integration where you can see the tags end at Tag #2303. http://screencast.com/t/AdYhNMPPG.  Here is the tag in Infusionsoft which is published as well as many others in the Tag # 3000's. http://screencast.com/t/CXsxSGsy.  Let me know if there is something else I can try!

    Thank you for providing more details and screenshot.

    I did noted that there were a lot of tags on your Infusionsoft account. I am not sure yet if there is a limit on up to how many tags the JotForm integration screen can display. It can be the possible reason of the issue.

    Can you try creating a category for your tags that you will use in JotForm.

    If you create a category tag, you can map only the specific category that contains the tag/s you want to use in the integration. This will minimize the number of displayed tags during the JotForm integration field mapping process.

    Let us know if this still did not work.

    Hi,

    The tag is actually already attached to a category so that should work. How do I do the part of mapping only that specific category with the Jotform integration?  Is this an option that I may have just passed over?

    I am not sure what my colleague meant on the tag categories. I'll ask for clarification.

    Regarding the problem, could you please answer the following questions:

    1. How many tags do you have?

    2. Are there a lot of tags not displaying in the integration? Or is it just one which is 3326? I presume those tags above 2303 are not showing/

    3. Do your tags have a special setup? In my case, this is how my tags look like when I edit it:

    Are there any campaigns where your tags are limited?

    Hi,

    1.  There are 1,520 tags.

    2. Right, the tags stop showing up after Tag #2302, so I am missing around 500 tags in the integration

    Thank you. I think we found the possible cause, 1,520 tags is indeed quite a lot and if all of them should be available in the integration wizard, it is highly likely that the list of tags was trimmed or has been truncated at some point.

    I have forwarded this to our developers for further investigation. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    I'm sorry, but I'm unable to provide a time frame for this. This is handled by a different team and the update will directly come from them. I see that the bug report I escalated is already assigned to one of our developers and is marked as "Important" in its priority level.

    Sorry for the late update, but we'd like to inform you that this is now fixed. We have increased the tag query limit to 2500, so you should now be able to see all your tags.
