Please can you help me. I am trying to replicate the functionality of a combined condition statement and calculation field from one form to another.
When I compare the two forms they look identical. Either it is a gremlin or I have missed something.
Can you help me out please?
The form that is functioning correctly is at https://form.jotform.co/61372325489865
The form that isnt working is at https://form.jotform.me/61313478846462
The way it should work is when you select a diploma course the available dates are presented. When you select a date it calculates the course code associated with that date and inserts it into the course date instance field (which is normally hidden but I have shown it to work out what the issue is). Now the bit that isnt working on the second form is that when you change your course selection, the course date field should empty as should the course instance field. But this isnt happening on the second form.

PLEASE can you help me. I have a major campaign going live tomorrow and I need to get this to work.
Thanks in advance.

The hidden fields are not clearing up because you have set the "Clear Hidden Field Values" differently.
In this https://form.jotform.co/61372325489865 form, you have set it to "Clear on being hidden". This means once the fields are conditionally set to hide, their values are also being cleared.
In this form https://form.jotform.me/61313478846462, the hidden fields retains their values because they are not cleared when hidden. It only clears after clicking the submit button.
Let us know if that resolves the problem.
