Unable to receive email notifications

    I can still login with my email, however, my username is not recognized. I went into my account settings and my username is correct "myrtlebeachweddingpackages". I also sent test emails to myself because I am not getting emails of my submissions. The test emails have not come through and this has been a problem for about 6 weeks. I see payments, but no longer am getting booking notifications from Jotform. I have a premium membership and nothing has changed in my account for a couple of years. 

    Any assist will be appreciated. Thanks.

    Your email is in the bounce list which is why you are not receiving the notifications. 

    I have removed your email from the bounce list now. You should be able to receive notifications now. 

    I checked the settings of your notification and I found out that the Sender Name and the Reply to email is blank. Please don't leave it blank, this is the reason why your email is in the bounce list. Please change the sender name to "JotForm" or whichever you prefers.

    I regards to the username, can you please try if it will work on another browser? This is to identify if it is just a browser cache problem.
