Duration of the free account

hi 

i have created a form using free account and i want to know how long it is valid. i need to keep this form for two months. 

if it is expired within one month since i have free subscription what is the way to extend the duration ..

please advice 

We do not have trial period for free accounts. You can stay on free account for as long as you wish. However free account has limitations. with free account You can receive 100 submissions per month, total storage space for free account is 100MB and your form can be view 1,000 times per month. If you go over that limit your forms will be disabled. For free account submission counter and form view counter is reset to zero at first day of each month. 

Also at any time you can upgrade your account to any of our paid plans and downgrade your account back to free account.

hi, meanwhile we able to receive 100 submission for every months? or just the first 100 submission? confusing...

The FREE account have a max limit of 100 submissions per / every month. This pertains to overall submission on the account itself (not for each form).

The submission counter also reset every 1st day of each month. This means that you will always have fresh / zero(0) submission count every month.

Take note that only the counter is being reset -- we are not deleting /erasing your existing submissions to reset the count. The form submissions stays there as logn as the account is active.

If you are not exceeding the 100 submissions every month, you can stay at the FREE plan and it will appear as if you have unlimited submissions.
