We are having a problem with e-mail notifications.

I was cloning a copy of the Mini MBA Form, https://form.jotform.com/60046014042135

I called the new form Coaching in the Moment, https://form.jotform.com/61374905420149

When I tried to create the e-mail notifications, it put "Notifier1" in the subject line instead of the form title.

Also, the sender e-mail said "Please select", but there was no "Name" field to select, and this was the same for the Auto-reponder e-mail, for recipient it says "Please select", but no option to select the "e-mail field.

I checked another form that I know the e-mails were working correctly called Meeting an Event Planning. This also appears to have the same problem. https://form.jotform.com/60055171223140

These forms (except for the new one I cloned) were tested, and have had submissions. I personally test the e-mail notifications, so I know something is wrong with the e-mails. I expect our other forms could have the same problem.

Sorry for inconvenience this may caused you. We had an issue with email Notification and Autoreponder wizard earlier. Form fields were not shown in dropdown menu. This issue is now resolved by our developers.
