    I understand that you want to change your JotForm account username rkdad to some other. Please provide us with any 3 choices of the usernames so that we can change the account username for you.

    Can you please delete my account I created (shfbmetrolina) so that you can use that username for rkdad?
    To summarize, I want to use shfbmetrolina as the new username
    If this situation will not work, please use shfbm or shfb

    As I check your other thread, I see that you have already upgraded your account rkdad. I understand that you want to use the username shfbmetrolina for the account rkdad. Is that correct? Since the account shfbmetrolina already created, we'll change this username to shfbm to free up shfbmetrolina and then it can be used to rename rkdad. Please confirm so that we can proceed further.

    Per your request, I have now done the following:

    - Change username of shfbmetrolina to shfbm 

    - Change username of rkdad to shfbmetrolina

    You can now login to your account using the new username shfbmetrolina.
