Please see the attached screenshot. I seem to be getting this strange result no matter what submission I look at, and when I reset, it is still there. Any idea what is happening? Thank you!

When reviewing your submissions, I was not able to locate any PDF report as your images displays. I am assuming this is not longer an issue.

If you require additional assistance, we will be glad to help.

I am still having the issue. When I go to View Submissions, then click Customize PDF, and scroll down, this is where I am seeing the image like that one uploaded. It seems like, wherever there is an uploaded document, there is a distorted image of the upload. On other forms, where there is an uploaded document, there is just a link to the document, and no visual of the upload. I would rather have it as simply a link, without any visual (especially not a distorted one that covers other text.

    Thank you!

I have reviewed your form again and still was not able to view the stretched image.

I have reviewed the form 61035966739971. If this is the incorrect form, please indicate which form has the issue.

I have also cleared the form's cache. I would recommend you also clear you browser's cache and cookies.

Please let us know if this helps.

Can you tell me why the image is showing up at all? It does not do this on my other forms. Thank you.

The reason why the image is shown like that is because the file uploaded was image. If it is some other type of file (.doc, .zip, etc) the image will not be shown.

It might also depend on the field/widget that you are using to upload files.

I am still trying to customize the PDF's for this form. Now I am getting this error when I try to customize the PDF:

Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in /www/v3/live/lib/classes/Form.php on line 1252

Also, when I try to download the PDF for this submittor (J. Bunyan), it comes up with blank pages.

    Can you help?

Unfortunately, we had a small issue earlier today with PDFs. Our team has already fixed the problem and you should not have any issues customizing your PDF.

If you still have problems, please let us know.
