form submissions not emailing

    Our form at is set up to notify two people. I am receiving the submissions, but the other person is not. He has checked his spam folder and inbox several times but can't find the submissions anywhere. What might we be doing wrong?  The same form and emails were working when we first created the form a year ago.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. According to our email logs, Jotform has successfully sent submission notifications to other persons email. Can you please add JotMails ip adresses to your mail providers whitelist?

    If this still doesn't work, please do let us know.
