NEED THIS FIXED ASAP!!!

WAS CONSIDERING TO UPGRADE, BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS! IF THIS IS NOT FIXED ASAP, I WILL BE GOING ELSE WHERE TO DO MY FORMS.
