My account is disabled because I've reached the upload limit. How can I download the documents that were uploaded prior to the account being disabled

I received an email stating the account was disabled because I reached the upload limit but now it will not allow me to access previous uploads.  I need to download these as soon as possible.  Also, am I able to free up space by deleting previous entries?

There is a number of times you can download files stored in the account:

Small files - less than 10 MB = 100 times.

Large files - More than 10 MB = 10 times.

Please let us know which file you are trying to download, so we can reset it's bandwidth limit. Just to let you know, this can be done only once per account's life time. So, I would suggest you using  alternatives to save the files in the cloud such as Google Drive, or Dropbox:
