I am filling out a form as a test but am not receiving an email even though they are set to come to my email address.

    There doesn't seem to be a form on your account. However, I did notice that you are a sub-user of an account. I assume the issue you are referring to are occurring on this form that is shared to you (https://www.jotform.com/61335143154144)?

    I checked the email recipient of that form and it appears that the email notifications are sent to this address hecker@*****.org. I checked the mail logs for that address and it appears that the email was sent there. Please check the inbox of that address for the email notification. If the email is not there, you can also check the spambox to see if the email was sent there instead. Also make sure that noreply@jotform.com is in your trusted senders list.
