I have a client questionaire that I created and embedded it onto my website. Instead of sending the results to us, it sends it back to the clients email. I need to know how to fix this so that the information comes to our email address.

I assume this is the form https://www.jotform.us/form/61105686535154

There are 2 types of Email setup on the form, the Notification and Autoresponder E-mail

Ive created a questionaire and put it on my website Screenshot 20

For the Notification E-mail, the assigned email address on the Recipient E-mail box will be the recipient of the email when form is submitted.

for the Autoresponder E-mail, the Email field which was assigned as the Recipient E-mail, will be the recipient of the email when form is submitted. Take note that the E-mail field is where the form submitter will provide an email address. So if they put their email address on the field, they will receive the submission email.
