Hi there. I love JotForm so far! I have a small issue where when I create a normal Paypal payment thing, when I click submit I am directed to Paypal as usual, but I am only given the option to pay with a Paypal account, or make a new Paypal account. There is no option to pay with a credit card without having a Paypal account. How can I make this payment option available?

PayPal typically gives the web visitor the option to pay by AMEX, Discover, Visa or MasterCard. In the second column, they ask you to log in with your PayPal email address, if you have a PayPal account, or you can sign up for your FREE PayPal account.
Does this help?

Thanks for the quick reply. Currently my Paypal payment page has only 2 options: "Pay with a Paypal account" and "Create a Paypal account to pay with a credit or debit card" I really don't want my users to have to make a paypal account. Is there any way around this?

What is the link to your website so I can see the PayPal link?

Here's the site:
Select "Pay with credit/debit card" to get the payment thing to appear.

That happens because PayPal has a cookie on your browser and knows that you have a PayPal account. They want to get people to use their PayPal account instead of credit card that's why if they think you have a paypal account they do not show the credit card option. But if you try it on a computer that never used PayPal, they will show the credit card option.

I am confused because I am still seeing this problem, I still only see the Login or create account, and I too would like to not require a paypal account to process payment with credit card.
I tried on computer that has never logged into Paypal.

The credit card option is available only on a Paypal Pro payment tool which requires a Website Payments Pro account.
Your Paypal account appears to be a basic personal (or merchant) account, that is why the only available option for your customers to pay is by logging in to their Paypal accounts.

You will have to enable Paypal Optional on your account to allow
users who does not have Paypal account to pay with credit card.
Here's how to turn this setting on within your PayPal account:1. Log in to your PayPal Account and select the Profile tab.2. Click on My Selling Tools on the left side of the page.[If you are using the classic view you should see it under Selling Preferences> Website Payment Preferences]3. Click on Update next to 'Website preferences.'4. Scroll down the page to the section titled
PayPal Account Optional and select On and click Save at the bottom of the page.
Please note that this feature is available for Product and Donations but not for Subscription.
Hope this helps.
