When will JF have the ability to countdown entries?

    For example, I'm having a party and I need 

    4 pasta dishes

    4 salad dishes

    4 bottles of wine

    4 desserts

     

    Is there a preference or rule I can set to tick it down to reflect current need and then disappear when the number has been set.

    If my understanding of your requirement is correct, I think you were referring to the feature of the Gift Registry widget and Inventory widget.

    Test submit the form after choosing an item. If you open the form again, you should see the quantity of the selected item diminished.

    If all the items were used up, the particular item will not be available for selection anymore.
