    Infusionsoft integration: Form shows that it was integrated with Webhooks instead of Infusionsoft

    This is the form now integrated with WebHooks, for some reason, which we have NEVER used, so there would be no way for us to integrate with it's API...even by mistake.

    It was originally integrated with Infusionsoft, and is currently in a running campaign. In fact, I'm afraid some contacts may have dropped off because of this.

    I'm checking that form but the Webhook is not integrated or setup. You can see that there's a check mark on the "Infusionsoft" image which suggest that it is integrated:

     

    Also, Webhook is basically just a way for you to add or initiate a HTTP POST via a URL, you can add your own PHP script URL there. It triggers when the form is submitted. I believe it should not affect any other integration that you have. You can have Infusionsoft and Webhook both integrated at the same time.

    May we where are you seeing the WebHook integration in your end? Please provide us more information on this and we'll have it check.

    Based from your account's revision history, Webhook integration was directly added in your account by your end. In your form's revision history, you'll see that in June 17, 2015 5:36 AM that it was added on that time. Here's a guide on how to check the revision history: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History 

    Here's a screenshot, below shows exactly the integration that was added in the form. After that, no other changes were made, I also do not see any Infusionsoft integration that was made. However, I did not check the later dates.

     

    I then checked your account's activity logs. You can also do that by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/370-How-to-View-Your-Account-Activity-Logs

    Here's a screenshot of it:

    You can see that there's no unusual log in on the date to when the integration to Webhook was added. It was almost the same time that the form was continuously being edited so I presume the main user is the one that have added the integration.

    The link on your Webhook is an Infusionsoft script, it is possible that you or other people in your group have come up with a custom solution to integrate Infusionsoft with a custom function that JotForm does not currently support with the direct integration at that time.

     

    If the information presented is incorrect, please let us know and we will do further investigation. It is quite hard to backtrack what was happened on that time.

    Wrong. It was integrated with InfusionSoft on June 17, 2015, not WebHooks, and has been running fine for almost a year. I have NEVER integrated anything with WebHooks, AND, this form was loaded with action triggers to determine which path a user followed in a campaign. So you are absolutely wrong, regardless of what you show.

    I repeat, MY COMPANY HAS NEVER USED WEBHOOKS FOR ANYTHING. We have no WebHooks account, no login, no password, and NO WAY TO INTEGRATE WITH IT!!!!!! I know because I BUILT AND INTEGRATED EVERY FORM IN OUR ACCOUNT. Why would I make this up? This form WAS originally integrated with InfusionSoft, and Infusionsoft responded correctly...up until now.

    These 2 issues (this, and the missing API info) are really causing me to question our use of JotForms in the future. Up until now JotForm has been a delight, but now we have over 45 ACTIVE forms that I am looking at moving to a more integration-friendly environment. You guys went berzerk changing the UI, and have obviously mixed some things up...not just in integrations, but in preferences and email settings (as discussed before here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/808651-Form-Preferences-Change#1). Your solution then was to use the old UI. Please get to the bottom of what happened here and fix it if you want our continued business.

    As a side note, I am attempting to build a very robust form that will also link to several sub-forms. It has the potential to make an upgrade of our account necessary for all the submissions we will receive. This is why these issues have come to my attention. If I can't integrate this with InfusionSoft as easily as I have previously, we will have no choice but to use another means of building these forms.

    Since the integration is done about a year ago, not sure if something has changed. But looking at the form revision history, it is displaying that the integration was done using webhooks. Let me forward the thread to our backend team to take a look to investigate the issue.

    This thread came to my attention because I just noticed that some of our contacts were not coming through to Infusionsoft after taking our survey.  This is very recent.  When going back to check our integration I came across Webhooks and don't remember seeing that checked as an integration about a month ago when I was working with it.

    Just wanted to chime in to let support know there is another person with some similar issues.

    The old InfusionSoft UI was an external application created by a developer from InfusionSoft. Since it was an external application, there must be a way for it to have access to your form's data. That is the reason why you see an old "Webhooks" integration on your form. The external appication added the webhooks URL to your form.

    Months ago, we decided to create our own application to integrate JotForm to InfusionSoft. Unfortunately, some of the features were overlooked, like the "API Call Name" you were mentioning in your opened tickets.

    We'd like to know you that the said feature is now on the pipeline. We will work on adding it to JotForm's native InfusionSoft integration. We cannot guarantee an ETA, but we will notice you just in case.

    Same B.S. happened to me. WTF is Webhooks, and why was my Infusionsoft integration dismantled after 2 years of using the same form?

     

    I stopped getting notifications from potential clients using the forms, and I cannot restore my Infusionsoft settings (fields and tags) with this new P.O.S. interface.

    I just checked. ALL my forms were swtiched to Webhooks. Not by me. I don't use Webhooks. Jotform appears to have undone all of my infusionsoft integrations and switched them to Webhooks, and I can't restore my Infusionsoft settings.
