How can I make a PayPal BuyNow button conditional upon user acceptance of an agreement?

    My client wants the user to agree to read and apply the Installation and User Guide before purchasing their product. How can I make it manditory for them to agree to these terms before being able to make their purchase?

    If you have used a checkbox for the user to tick if they agree on the terms, you can actually set up a condition in which if the "Installation and User Guide Agreement" checkbox is filled, show submit button. With this, the user can only continue with the payment, if he agreed on the terms.
