Could you please provide us more information on this? Are you unable to open the "Thank You" page wizard? If it is specific on one form, then I believe it might still be related to the theme or style you have on it, you can then just refer to this link instead: https://www.jotform.com/answers/841381

Referente a pagina de Obrigado, ela simplesmente fica em branco quando o envio é realizado.

Consigo edita-la normalmente, porem, ao enviar o formulário, fica em branco.

In my test form with the default theme, the thank you page is working as expected. This is how it looks like:
