A client tried to contact us through the website and I have not received any messages since May 3rd. A quick glance at log-in here shows MANY messages that I haven't received! Why are they not being forwarded to me?

I've checked on this issue for you involving your report about not receiving your email notifications.
I found this form here which is using this email address "info@atxxxxxxxxxxxnter.xxg" and the email notification is setup correctly.
Also, when I checked your email address it was not listed in our bouncelist.
Result: info@atxxxxxxxxxxxnter.xxg is NOT in the bounce listAnd according to your Email History I found our servers are sending you the email notifications.
I would suggest checking your spam folder to see if they ended up there.
