My account says subscription expired but I have already paid for bronze yearly plan.

    When we log into jot form it says we are still on free account? even though we have paid the yearly fee which has been processed.

    it even says that in the payments section??

    additionally, if i click on "templates" and then my account it then says we have the bronze package.

    it is now a serious issue as we have apparently reached our quota but we haven't? We paid for the upgrade so expect it to work?

    I brought this up a few weeks ago and had no reply either

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. You have an active bronze yearly subscription and there is nothing to worry about. Your account is well within the limits of bronze plan. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please sign out form your account and then sign in again. DO get back to us if the issue persists. You may also like to let us know the form ID / form URL on which you are seeing the over quota error message.
