Add sets of fields that the user can replicate while filling out the form

Hi,

First off I want to thank you for this fantastic program! On first glance it does seem to offer anything you might need for the creation of online forms.

I've been playing around for the last couple of hours, trying to create the form I need, but I've bumped into a couple of quesiton marks that are too specific to start searching the forum for them. So, I was hoping that you might be able to help me through this line.

First off, I was wondering if there is an option to create the possibility for the form filler to add lines, f.i. I'm creating a form that needs to be filled in by internship places, describing the type of internship they provide. If an organisation has multiple internship possibilities, I want them to be able to press a little "+" icon (or something like that) so certain form fields will be duplicated and they can fill them in again with different information. Is this possible in any way?

Secondly, I live in a multilingual country and I would like to add a form field in which the internship place can choose the language that would be spoken during the internship. This should be with the possibility for AND/OR, f.i. English AND Dutch OR French, or Ducth OR English, etc. I know this one might be too specific to ask, but I thought I'd give it a try and ask if you have any widget that might fullfill this function.

Thank you for the kind words.  I do believe we can meet your requirements.  For your first question, to allow users to add extra sets of fields, you can use our configurable list or matrix dynamique widgets:

Either one will allow you to create a set of fields that will in allow your users to add extra sets of those fields while filling out the form.

Depending on how specifically you would like to show the language choices, there are several ways you could set this up.  Here is a quick method using a configurable list:
