Our clients having trouble accessing JotForms at certain times

Could somebody contact me about JotForm up time policies. We have clients who have trouble accessing their forms at certain times.

Is there any error message displayed when trying to access their JotForms? If you can provide us with more information on the issue, we can investigate the issue and provide you with necessary assistance.
