Is there a way to import submissions to the submission database?

    Hey,

I am using JotForm for a team registration process for my adult kickball league.  It worked great for our spring season but as I prepare for the next season I wanted to see if there was a way I import submissions from the previous season to the current submission form.  Basically, I would like to export all of the existing submissions and save them and then delete them from the submissions form.  Then, as the teams confirm they will be playing in the next season, I could import their previous submission (or copy and past that line) to the the existing submission database online.  This would save returning teams from having to resubmit their roster from the previous season.

Does that make sense at all?

I understand that you are having two forms and want to export the previous form submissions and import them to the new form after getting confirmation. Is that correct? If so, you may export the submissions of the previous form to an Excel/CSV format. Then you can use our Import Data app to import the submissions to the new form using the excel sheet. You may need to change the header of the excel sheet to match the fields in the new form. Please refer to the guide below that can help you in importing submissions using Excel/CSV file.

    Hope this information helps!
