Como faço para que os e-mail nao chegem em conjuntos

    Recebo e-mail de formulários preenchidos , mais em conjunto gostaria de receber cada resposta separada mente

    The notifications are being grouped, because they have the same subject line:

    Simply adding form field like the "Nome" fields to have a unique subject line:
