How do I unlink a form?

One of my forms can still be found and used even though I'm unable to find it in "My Forms." How can I unlink it? Or how can I view all the forms I ever made?

It would be best for us to see the actual form URL. That will allow us to search for it and see if you have it under your account or possibly under some other account.

Otherwise, all of your forms should be under your 'My forms' or alternatively in "Archive' if you had archived them.

The 'Trash' folder will also hold some forms, but they would not work while in there nor be there for long.
