Trouble with Thank you response and submissions not showing up

1. the thank you message that is appearing after a submission is not the one on the form template. 

the thank you should read "Your VBS registration has been received."

2. submissions are not recorded/listed..nor are there any emails being sent to the form recipients.

had to remove the form so there is no url

The screenshot is showing the submissions limit in the specific form being reached. I checked your last two edited forms and it seems that you've already fixed this.
