Can multiple email addresses be added to a form

So lets say i have a data base of email addresses that I want form to be sent to... Is that considered sub-users? 

You have to add the email address in the form email settings. Here's how our guide for that: https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients. 

Please note that there is a limit of 10 recipients per notification email. If you need to add more than 10, you have to create a new notification email. 

Lastly, there's no need to add them as a sub-user account.
