Why user is unable to clone one of my forms?

    Hi.

    I created a form, and I need to export it to a friend who needs it, and he has another user. I tried doing it following the exact steps which are explained in this link: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-URL.

    It didn't work. The following message is displayed: "Unauthorized request. You do not have access to this form".

    Can you help me?

    This is because you have disabled this option on your account settings, you need to un-check the option shown in the screenshot below to allow other users to clone your forms:

    You will find this option in your account settings or you may click on this link as well: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

    Once you un-check this option other users will be able to clone your forms.
