    When loading the form using Chrome in a mobile device, you have to select options in a dropdown twice, if you do it only once the option does not get

    Please help. 

     

    On my PC works fine, but in my mobile phone, in some options I have to select twice the option.

     

    What happen is that each time, I select the option and it doesnt get capture, I have to repet the same step to be able to get set the option.

    I have checked your form and I was able to replicate the same you're explaining, but I could replicate it only once, I have tested using different mobile devices and I could not replicate the same, here is an example about it: 

    I have tried using another web browser in a real mobile device as well and tired to replicate the issue, but I did not, it started to work after I replicated it once, I also have tried removing all the fields and conditions and adding them once again, the issue seems to be fixed on my end, here is the link to my cloned form: https://form.jotform.com/61389125071959 

    Try to test it and let us know if the issue is still there, please make some tests on other mobile browsers as well and let us know if you're still able to replicate the issue, we will be glad to further help you.

    Thanks for the quick response.

    I just tested the form that you send and is doing the same.

    I downloaded fire fox and works fine, seem that the problem is Chrome.

    I have tested your embedded form and form that my colleague provided on Samsung Galaxy S4 in Chrome, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. 

    I was able to select each option first time. Is there any specific field that is causing you issue or same issue is happening on all of your dropdown fields? Also did you tested your form on some other mobile device like my colleague suggested?

    Hi,

    This is happening under the drop list (Trabajos – Accesos) .

    The phones that we detect this are Motorora (motoG) and Huawei (y550) in chrome.

    Mine is Motorola and using chrome I have to hit twice, in Frie Fox works just fine.

    This seems to be an issue related to Google Chrome on mobile devices, since I was able to replicate it only once and then it started working on my end, I found this information on this link.

    As you already noticed when you load your form using a different web browser the issue does not occur, this seems to be happening to other users even when users are editing the source code of their forms, take a look on this link as well, this does not seem to be related to any code or functionality, it is most likely a browser's issue.
