    Our company email just stopped receiving a copy of form submissions.

    We had it so every submission on our franchise supportv2 form would submit a copy to {whatis} and dogs@poop911.com email.  The email entered on the form receives a copy of their submission but our dogs@poop911.com does not.  This just stopped working within the last couple of days.

    The email address dogs@poop911.com appears to have been added in the bounce list, which is why you are not receiving any email notifications there. I have now removed the address from the bounce list, so you should receive the next email notifications successfully.

    You can also check on your end if an address is in the bounce list by following this guide: How to Remove Your Email Address from Bounce List

    Can you tell me how our email would have gotten on the bounce list so we can prevent this from happening again in the future?

    The emails can end up on the bounce list only by your email server rejecting them at some point.

    What this means is that your email server had rejected the email sent from our server at one point, causing the email to end up in the bounce list.

    If it happens again, do let us know again and we will remove it from the bounce list, but also you should check with your email server administrators. They would be able to tell you why the bounced off the emails and what to do to stop the same form happening again.
