JotForm failed: API-Limit exceeded

Hi! I really like JotForm and I've been using it a lot to create forms for our website (we're redesigning it at the moment). So I've been testing the forms to make sure the responses would go into our CRM (Insightly). I'm also using Zapier to make this "flow" work. However, I just got this email from Zapier that 2 of my zaps have an error. When I checked, I got this error message "DataPostError: Problem creating item. (authorization failed: eu-api.jotform.com returned (403) Nginx/1.9.3 and said "API-Limit exceeded")".

Can you please help me with this? I read from one of your forum topics that I can request for 1000 calls. I'm currently on a free plan and I'm way below the 100 submission limit.

    Thanks!

I tried resetting your API limit for today, but it says your API is not yet used. Can you try again? I have also cleared your forms cache so just to make sure. Let us know if you are still getting the same error.
