Account incorrectly suspended and is stopping me from doing usual business activities

    Hi there

     

    Can someone please help check why my account has been suspended?

    I am a web development agency and use jotform for the brief process with a client.

    Currently i can't process any sales or do anything as Jotform has disabled my account

    Please check as it is urgent.

    Your account has now been re-activated.

    Please do check our terms page to know what is not allowed when creating forms in JotForm. Basically, we DO NOT allow users to create forms asking for sensitive information like log in credentials, passwords, credit card details, bank information and the likes. Violation of our terms will lead to your account being suspended and possible for a permanent ban. Please check our terms page here: http://www.jotform.com/terms/
