Can this form be added to our website?

We currently have Formback submission and client can go on our site enter the info on the form and when they hit submit it sends the form to the designated email. For example when a new client info form is filled out and submitted it is sent to reception2@conejovet.com and when the boarding form is filled out and submitted it is sent to boarding@conejovet.com. Is this something that your system can do also?
