I have checked your form email history, and I see that notification emails were being sent to your address without any issues. For example, these are the emails sent when your form received submissions:
And these are their corresponding / matching submissions on form 60127093070143:
The only failed email that shows as such is the first Test Email sent today, from using the Test Email button inside the Form Builder. The second Test Email 3 minutes afterwards was sent successfully.
Are you saying you haven't received some of these emails? It could be that your mail server is filtering out emails, so I would recommend both checking your spam / bulk folders, as well as whitelisting our email senders:
