I am a web developer cum freelancer and as a side job I install wordpress for a lot of my clients. I have been using native html forms until now but as you can understand the process is rather cumbersome. I would like to move to jotform. As part of my job I need to ask clients about their website's ftp info so I can install wordpress on their website. can I collect such info from my client using jotform? Thanks

Unfortunately, the answer is No. The FTP information is still considered as sensitive information and having other's login credentials, it is not allowed to collect this using JotForm. These forms are also considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended by our anti-phishing filter. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on Phishing forms and other terms.Hope this information helps!
