Form is not submitting

    Hello

    i have issued the form (via my website http://www.experiencewellness.co.uk/meandme/ )

     

    I have emails from people trying to submit the form once completed, but have the 'submit' button change to 'please wait' and it hanging there  for a while.

     

    I also do not seem to have received any confirmation that they are been sent.

     

    What am i doing wrong?

    I was able to replicate your issue. The submissions were not sent which is why you are not getting the notifications.

    It is possible that there are script conflicts between the webpage and the form. Please re-embed the form using the Iframe method. Here's a guide: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
