I am embedding a form on to a website and would like an "Apply Now" button at the top of the form which, when clicked, shows the first question of the form below. Is this possible?

You can use the Collapse field as the container of all the other elements/fields of the form below the Apply button.

You will condition logic to Skip page gives an illusion of the show hide option.

Here is my demo form you can check

    Thank you for your email.
We are currently recruiting for various roles across our resorts in France, Austria and Switzerland.
If you are interested in applying for a position to join us this current winter then please do so using the "Apply Online" buttons at the bottom of each job description on our website. For a full list of jobs available please click here.
If your email concerns a general enquiry, we will look to respond to you as soon possible. If you have sent in an application for the 2016/2017 season, thank you for your application. One of our recruitment team will be looking in to your application very soon and, if successful, we will be in contact with you in due course.
Due to the volume of applications we receive we are sadly unable to get back to everyone who applies to us. We are doing our best to get through every application, but there may be a bit of a delay in getting back to you. If this is the case, please bear with us, and we thank you in advance for your patience. Unfortunately, if you haven't heard from us within two weeks, your application has not been successful. However, we may be back in touch at a later point if we feel a suitable position has come up.
