Link to second form without submitting original form

Asked by MTPhoto on May 19, 2016 at 06:26 AM

    Hi Guys

I have a main order form that is working very well for me. I have recently added a second order form to my website for a different set of products. Unfortunately, this is confusing for some of my clients and I want to add an option for them to leave the current form and go to the second.

I have been looking at options using the Thank You form, but these options seem to require the customer to submit the current form. I would like to offer the choice to move to the second form as the first question without then having to go to the end of the form.

You can insert a text link in your form that redirects to the 2nd form by opening a new tab. You can use the "Text" tool to create a link. You need to highlight the text and then click the "Insert/edit Link" button. Add the URL and choose "New Window" as the target.

You can also embed the 2nd form in the 1st form using the Iframe embed widget. If you submit the 2nd form, the 1st form will not be affected. The thank you page will show on the iframe where the 2nd form is. You just need to get the URL of the 2nd form and add it as the source URL.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

Thanks Jan. I inserted it as a link and works fine for my purpose.
