This did not work for me. I put my email address into the recipient box, but no good. Also the email address is not on the bounce list.

I checked the account/username mike65057 which was associated to the email address you used on this post. I did not find an existing form on this username.
Perhaps your account was setup as a sub-user to a main account which owns the form. Can you share to us the URL of the form you were having the issue. We can determine the possible issue if we can checked on the form itself.
We will wait for your response.
