Is there any way my form can be decreased in length so that when a user prints it, it will be just one sheet and not two? Appreciate any assistance!

There is no direct way of accomplishing this. You would either have to select another type of page, instead of letter size. So it will print in a larger page in fit everything there.

The other option would be to reduce the header and footer size of the page. This could help but could not guarantee.
