Form not found

ich kann meine Formulare nicht mehr in meiner Homepage sehen.

Da steht immer "Form not found".

Your form was suspended automatically by our phishing detector tool. You have fields that are asking for Account, Bank Code and Bank Name. You are not allowed to collect sensitive data here in JotForm. This violates our terms of use.

I will re-activate your account for now but you need to delete those guilty fields or your account might get suspended again by the system. If you need to collect payment from the users, you need to use one of our payment processors.
