Why are my forms suddenly disabled after working fine before?

    I had one form that was working fine and now that I have two forms they are both disabled. How do I get them to show up

    Your forms were disabled by our system because you have violated our terms of usage.

    This was due to adding and using fields to collect credit card and payment information to your form "The RiverRoom" which is not allowed.

    And we consider this as phishing since it is using sensitive information that could unsecurely be used elsewhere for the wrong reasons.

    If you are willing to remove the offending fields we will gladly reactivate your jotform account.

    You can then also replace it with one of our approved payment integrations that is allowed to be used for collecting payments.
