Including Text fields in the PDF after submissionAsked by ashleyyatesphotography on May 19, 2016 at 12:35 PM
I am using a form as a contract and have it set to send a pdf to the client after submission so that they will have a copy of what they signed. However, the pdf is only showing the fields that they entered info into but it does not include the main text field with the actual contract. Is there a way to include that text field in the PDF also so that all parties will have a complete copy of the contract? An example of my contract and a recent submission (with identifying information covered) is included.
It is possible to include text from text fields inside of PDF report. Inside of this guide you can find how to do it: https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-show-headers-or-text-for-contracts-terms-agreements-in-the-PDF-format-of-a-submission
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
